Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive proposals and contracts.
• Review scope of work and project specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, specs, and docs to estimate time, cost and labor.
• Compute cost factors for planning, bidding, and subcontractor selection.
• Create and update projects in estimating system and bid calendar.
• Develop labor estimates in collaboration with drafting/project management.
• Maintain organized files and follow up on estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to finalize estimates.
