Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator for our Southwest Region. You will prepare precise cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, balancing profitability with client satisfaction while staying current on roofing systems and market trends.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in EDGE estimating software, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, sales, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction estimating focused on commercial roofing.
• Experience using The EDGE estimating software and reporting.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience reading blueprints, specs, and bid documents.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, drawings, and specs to determine scope and requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections to collect data for estimates.
• Perform rapid take-offs and quantify project details for bids.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, and overhead.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project managers.
