The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and performing repairs on a variety of roofing, siding, and construction systems. This role requires a hands‑on professional who takes pride in high‑quality craftsmanship, carpentry, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding service.

If you have at least 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in roofing, siding, carpentry, or general construction, can assess damage, determine repair needs, and work across various materials, we want to hear from you!

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proven experience in roofing, siding installation, carpentry, or related construction fields.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing, siding, and carpentry work.
• Strong understanding of trim carpentry and construction techniques is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Knowledge of remodeling and construction processes is a plus.
• Must be able to plumb structures correctly to ensure proper alignment during installations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
