ECC Roofing & Siding is seeking a dependable technician to join our growing exterior home improvement team. You will perform roofing repairs, install siding, and diagnose weather-related damage while growing with the company.

The role requires working outdoors on ladders and roofs, maintaining safety standards, and communicating clearly with homeowners and our office staff. A valid driver’s license and basic tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing and siding repairs preferred.
• Ability to work on ladders and roofs safely.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own basic tools (preferred).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Perform roofing repairs, including shingles, flashing, leaks, and minor replacements.
• Repair and install vinyl siding, trim, soffit, and fascia.
