Job summary

3-Rivers Drilling & Blasting is seeking a Senior Rock Drill Operator to support mining operations across Utah and Nevada. The role involves operating cabbed rock drills, meeting production targets, and complying with MSHA safety policies.

Travel across Utah and Nevada is required for project sites, with day/night shifts and overtime as needed. You will operate Sandvik rigs and perform routine inspections, with full-time W-2 employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• MSHA 5000-23 Experienced Miner preferred
• Strong safety mindset required
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from job sites

Responsibilities

• Operate rock drills safely and efficiently; maintain production
• Read/monitor ground conditions and adjust technique to reduce wear/downtime
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance/upkeep
• Follow MSHA safety policies and maintain required documentation
