Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, systems engineering, project engineering, or related technical fields.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end robotic or automation projects through commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Hands-on experience in commissioning, applications engineering, industrial controls, or similar automation roles.
• Experience leading, managing, or developing engineers.
• Strong system-level understanding across mechanical, electrical, controls, robotics, and automation domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the system-level technical execution of robotic stations and customer automation projects.
• Design and define the overall architecture and layout of robotic cells.
• Lead and develop project and commissioning engineers, coordinating cross-functional delivery across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, and Automation teams.
