Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Staff Systems Integration Engineer to own bring-up strategies for new humanoid systems. You will drive cross-functional root-cause analysis, build scalable integration processes, and ensure prototypes come online smoothly with stable system functions.

Responsibilities include subsystem bring-up, cross-team collaboration, and development of automated test workflows, while mentoring engineers through complex multi-system scenarios.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Systems Integration or related R&D
• Experience with electro-mechanical, compute, and power systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional deep-dives and technical decisions
• Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, or safety-critical domains
• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Lead bring-up of subsystems (torso, perception, energy, compute) and integrate into full humanoid systems
• Verify hardware/software interfaces and system-level interactions early in development
• Develop and scale integration plans for prototypes and delivery campaigns
• Architect nominal path functional tests for mobility, manipulation, perception, and charging
• Drive cross-functional debugging sessions across mech, electrical, and software teams
• Document integration outcomes and mentor team in troubleshooting
