Job summary

Agility Robotics in Fremont, CA is hiring a Staff Systems Integration Engineer to own bring-up strategy for new humanoid systems and drive cross-functional root-cause analysis. You will develop integration plans and ensure prototypes come online smoothly with verified interfaces and robust tests.

The role requires leadership across mechanical, electrical, and software teams, with experience in robotics or safety-critical systems preferred. Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Systems Integration or related R&D with mechatronic/autonomous systems
• Experience with cross-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, software)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional deep-dives and drive technical decisions
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical, compute, and power systems
• Experience with robotics or safety-critical domains is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead bring-up of new sub-systems and integration into full humanoid systems
• Verify hardware/software interfaces and system interactions in early development
• Develop, execute, and scale integration plans for prototypes
• Architect tests for mobility, perception, charging, and other functions
• Drive cross-functional debugging across mechanical, electrical, and software teams
