Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking a Senior Robotics Engineering Expert to lead robotics strategy and deployment across our U.S. factory network.

You will guide the validation, standardization, and rollout of advanced automation technologies, turning emerging capabilities into safe, reliable, and financially sound solutions that boost safety, productivity, and quality. You will also act as the technical authority for evaluating use cases and managing pilots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial robotics, automation, technology scaling, or autonomous material movement in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 3–5 year robotics roadmap for US manufacturing operations.
• Lead end-to-end development of automated robotics solutions (humanoids, drones, etc.).
• Establish scalable standards for autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, and fleet-management systems.
• Evaluate suppliers and partners and inform sourcing decisions.
• Define safety, cybersecurity, OT/IT integration, maintenance, and lifecycle requirements.
