Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience with a BS in Computer Science; MS/PhD desired.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Experience leading engineers in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities for product launch in China.
• Create design input documents and development test methods.
• Perform design verification testing and prepare regulatory submissions.
• Coach and develop staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Coordinate interfaces across software, clinical engineering, design, and regulatory affairs.
• Ensure projects are scoped, resourced, and delivered on time and budget.
