Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation invites an experienced Robotics Software Engineer to join the Isaac Applications Team. You will fuse software and hardware to enable Physical AI robots for real‑world operation, building end‑to‑end workflows that connect data, simulation, and deployment.

You will collaborate across teams in Shanghai, America, and Europe while tackling real‑world constraints and advancing robot capabilities with hands‑on hardware involvement.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of robotics software experience in industry.
Hands‑on experience with deploying/testing software on physical robots.
Experience deploying and evaluating learned policies for robots.
Broad knowledge of robotics software, hardware, AI, and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

Lead development of the humanoid reference platform using NVIDIA robotics technologies.
Build end‑to‑end workflows to develop, evaluate, and deploy autonomous robot capabilities.
Extend the platform to new robot embodiments and validate integration.
Address compute, latency, and bandwidth constraints on hardware.
Collaborate across teams in Shanghai, America, and Europe to deliver reliable robotic systems.
