Qualifications

• Must have deep expertise in multi-fingered hand control, grasp planning, and in-hand manipulation.
• Proficient in learning-based control for robotics (policy learning, RL, teleoperation).
• Proficient in Python with real-time robotic software experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term technical roadmap for dexterous manipulation and multi-finger coordination.
• Define foundational software frameworks and scalable architectures for manipulation.
• Lead integration of state-of-the-art research and policy learning for hardware deployment.
