Job summary

Integress Inc in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced robotics software engineer to design, develop, and test robot applications for cleanroom semiconductor robots used in microchip fabrication.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and work with external customers to define software specifications and drive R&D using Python and C/C++ in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of mechatronics related experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, C/C++ or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test robot applications for clean room robotics.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Drive R&D based on latest technology and best practices.
• Troubleshoot software bugs and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
