Yaskawa-America, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Robotics Lab Technician in Ohio.

The role supports trade show demo cells, lab customer demos, and general lab upkeep. Travel to industry trade shows is required to support demo setup/teardown and customer interface, with mentoring duties for other Robotics Lab Technicians. The candidate will assist with design and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and provide high-level technical support to R&D and engineering

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree and 4+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics and diagrams.
• Experience programming Yaskawa Motoman robots for welding, palletizing, handling, and cutting applications.

Aufgaben

• Support trade show demo cells and lab demos; assist with setup/teardown and maintenance.
• Provide engineering support for R&D cell builds and demos.
• Operate and troubleshoot robotic systems; build/test subassemblies; perform system tests.
• Mentor and train other Robotics Lab Technicians.
