Qualifications

• 2-year or 4-year engineering degree required.
• 4–6 years of hands-on robotics, PLC, and vision integration.
• Proficiency with Fanuc, Yaskawa or ABB robotics platforms and PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial vision systems and CAD/SolidWorks.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% domestically and internationally.
• Reside within 45-minute commuting radius of Greater Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Initialize robotic platforms and cell setups with proper calibrations.
• Design control logic coordinating with master PLCs.
• Deploy and program industrial vision systems for guidance and handling.
• Lead in-house assembly, wiring checks, and EOAT integration.
• Travel to client sites for commissioning and field deployment.
• Support applications engineering with data for quotes and feasibility.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
