Position Overview

TheCommissioningTechnician III serves as a senior‑level field technician responsible for leading the installation, configuring, and deployment of complex robotic systems, troubleshooting high‑level technical issues, and mentoring junior team members.Thesetechnicians work independently to coordinate installation activities, ensure system performance, and uphold PAC’shigh standardsof quality and safety, and can directTechI andTechII resources.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED
• Technical training in Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in robotics, automation, or complex industrial equipment installation.
• Expert knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems integration.
• Strong understanding of BMS, FLS, and industrial networking fundamentals.
• Proven ability to lead small teams or coordinate subcontractors in the field.
• Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency interpreting and updating technical documentation.

Preferred Certifications:

• OSHA 30
• Amazon Red Badge (training provided)
• First Aid/CPR

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in Amazon Robotics or high‑volume fulfillment environments.
• Field leadership or site supervision experience.
