Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Robotics Engineer to debug robotic solutions, including in-house arms and related hardware/software. You will be involved in debugging, QA, deployment environments, and testing robots that move from A to B.

You will work with engineers to assemble, debug issues, and run debugging scripts. Strong ROS experience and hands-on hardware debugging are essential; Master/PhD graduates with relevant experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Proven debugging and troubleshooting experience on software and hardware.
• Experience with ROS; ability to assemble robotic components.
• Hands-on debugging for robotics or hardware systems; able to run QA tests.
• Masters or PhD in Robotics/Engineering with hands-on debugging experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Debug deployed robotic solutions and assist with QA testing.
• Collaborate with engineers to assemble systems; do not write solutions from scratch.
• Operate robotic arms; identify and fix issues in power, sensors, and actuators.
• Run debugging scripts and support deployment, assembly and testing of systems.
