Job summary

Dexmate Inc. is building the foundation for physical AI in Fremont, CA. We are hiring a Software Engineer to develop the infrastructure powering data, models, and AI runtime across our Physical AI platform.

You will move models and robot data from experimentation into scalable, reliable production systems, contributing to ingestion, processing, storage, and lifecycle management of data as well as model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software, data infra, ML infra, or distributed systems experience.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and model serving.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure, storage, containers, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of model training, inference, evaluation, and experimentation workflows.
• Experience in robotics/AI infra is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable infrastructure for robot data ingestion, processing, storage, and dataset lifecycle management.
• Develop model infrastructure for training, evaluation, versioning, deployment, and serving.
• Build agent runtime systems including execution, orchestration, memory, and model integration.
• Develop model evaluation and experimentation infrastructure for quality, regression, and performance measurement.
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and cost efficiency across data and model systems.
