Form Energy is seeking a Staff Controls Engineer to join the Robotics & Vision team in Weirton, WV. In this high-impact role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of automation equipment for manufacturing Iron-Air batteries.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to program and troubleshoot within Siemens TIA-Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects in Robotics & Vision while managing engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers in robotics and control systems.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors for compliance and testing.
