Job summary

Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Build Systems & Software Robustification Engineer to own the build infrastructure, toolchain setup, and software quality framework for a high‑performance C++ robotics stack.

You will design hermetic, deterministic builds, integrate sanitizers, and ensure reproducible production builds while strengthening CI/CD pipelines and test reliability. This contract role requires Massachusetts-based onsite work in Wilmington.

Qualifications

• Advanced C++ build systems with modern tooling (CMake/Bazel).
• Runtime analytics and static analysis tooling configuration and debugging (ASan, TSan, UBSan).
• Hermetic, reproducible builds and maintenance of complex compiler toolchains.
• CI/CD pipelines with deterministic verification and artifact traceability.
• Strong systems programming fundamentals in modern C++ to interface with core code.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain build/toolchain configurations for a high‑performance C++ robotics stack.
• Integrate runtime sanitizers and static analysis into the development workflow with full test-traceability.
• Architect reproducible, hermetic production builds and runnable point-in-time rebuilds for regression tests.
• Improve CI signals, eliminate flaky tests, and enhance artifact/version traceability and developer ergonomics.
