The ideal candidate brings deep experience with electromechanical products, DFM/DFA, and processes like injection molding, die casting, and precision machining.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mechanical design or related engineering.
• Experience scaling complex products to high-volume production.
• Deep knowledge of electromechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ownership of design from module to system level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mechanical design and scale-up of robotic modules.
• Develop architectures and detailed designs for complex electromechanical products.
• Apply DFM/ DFA principles across product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers and internal teams to enable high-volume production.
• Perform tolerance analysis, GD&T, material selection and design validation.
• Drive design reviews and engineering changes based on testing and feedback.
• Ensure designs meet quality, cost and production targets.
