Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Project Manager for its Roadway team in a role coordinating complex highway and municipal design projects. You will guide scope, schedule, and budget, mentor team members, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high‑quality infrastructure solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, 8+ years in highway design, and experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a track record of leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control.
• 8+ years of experience in highway or municipal design.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience with MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Leads project execution by coordinating teams, assigning responsibilities, and aligning resources to project goals.
• Serves as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.
• Monitors project performance, manages risks and changes, and ensures work stays within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversees quality control and technical reviews to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements and standards.
