Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Roadway Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects and mentor junior staff. You will plan, manage, and control all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and 10+ years of related experience, with opportunities to advance and contribute to business development within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• At least 10 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, supervises, and controls project execution and administration.
• Forecasts revenue, labor costs, and gross profit for the project term.
• Manages invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and change orders.
• Establishes and monitors PM, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans.
• Monitors deliverables for adherence to project criteria.
• Assigns responsibilities to subordinates and oversees scope changes.
• Negotiates changes with client and subcontractors and pursues additional work.
• Develops action plans to address overruns or delays and communicates with stakeholders.
• Represents the company to clients and key subcontractors.
