Position Highlights

1. Lead a team, inspire growth, and shape the future of our Orlando office.
2. Spearhead roadway design projects for FDOT and municipal clients from inception to completion.
3. Be the face of our firm in key client meetings and public forums, driving business growth initiatives.
4. Forge strong client relationships while directing multidisciplinary teams to success.
5. Mentor and nurture a team while fostering a collaborative culture.

- Disciplines, including roadway drainage, structures, and survey to name a few.

Essential Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s a plus.
2. Florida PE license is mandatory.
3. 10+ years of experience in roadway design and project management with FDOT and municipalities.
4. Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and office operations.
5. Successful track record in client-facing roles and securing new business.
6. Proficiency in MicroStation/ORD and 3D Corridor Modeling is highly preferred.
