Position: Senior Roadway/Highway Project Manager

Location: Orlando, FL

Role Overview:

We seek an energetic, motivated self-starter to join our FL team. You will manage and assist in engineering projects, ensuring design intent through drawings and specifications, and oversee investigation, planning, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop plans and drawings.
• Conduct engineering investigations and planning.
• Provide engineering services during construction.
• Research alternative design approaches and regulatory specifications.
• Develop specifications, permit applications, and reports.
• Prepare cost and material estimates.
• Participate in quality control checks.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and perform field observations.

Qualifications:

• B.S./M.S. in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• PE License required.
• Proficiency in CAD and design software (MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience with complex roadway projects and FDOT.
