We are seeking a Senior Roadway Project Manager to join our team in Iselin, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or New York, NY to lead and work on various roadway projects with NJ DOT and NJ Turnpike.

About You

We look for an energetic, motivated, detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in transportation design, particularly with NJDOT and NJTA projects, and a NJ P.E. license or higher. You should have at least 15 years of engineering experience, with 4+ years in project management, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and develop teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate roadway projects, manage client relationships, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Oversee contract negotiations, project delivery, and compliance with contract terms.
• Mentor project teams, manage project financials, and ensure quality standards.
• Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; graduate degree preferred.
• Active NJ P.E. license; additional state licenses a plus.
• Significant highway/roadway design experience, especially with NJDOT and NJTA.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
