Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and direct commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with defined resources. This role involves immediate engagement with key executives, strategic client interactions, and integration with subcontractors. The Senior Project Manager will be fiscally responsible for their projects, including cash collection and approval of all invoices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project personnel.
• Drive project flow from inception to completion.
• Support safety and field employees in creating a safe work environment.
• Review contract and bid documents, and assist with project document control.
• Monitor project budgets and labor costs.
• Maintain regular communication with project superintendents and conduct safety audits.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience managing large commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency in labor factors and creating/building manpower schedules.
• Experience with P&L of projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE, IBC, LEED, and local plumbing jurisdiction codes.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.

Compensation: Base salary up to $150k + Bonus eligible based on projects, individual, and company performance.
