Job summary

Consor Engineers is seeking an experienced Senior Roadway Project Manager to lead design and delivery of complex transportation projects across Utah. This role combines project management with technical leadership, driving quality PS&E packages and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in roadway geometric design, design-build delivery, and UDOT project experience, and will mentor staff while supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in roadway or transportation engineering.
• PE license (Utah preferred or reciprocity).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficiency with OpenRoads, MicroStation, InRoads, or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roadway and transportation projects from scoping through final design and delivery.
• Serve as project manager and technical lead, ensuring high‑quality roadway design and documentation.
• Oversee geometric design, corridor modeling, and plan production for highways and interchanges.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (drainage, structures, traffic, utilities, environmental).
• Provide QA/QC for PS&E packages and support design-build delivery pursuits.
