HNTB Corporation is seeking a Roadway Section Manager in South Florida to guide a team of engineers and staff in delivering roadway projects on time and within budget. You will lead workload planning, client liaison, and supervision of 5–10+ professionals while integrating the firm's strategic plans and delivery processes.

The role requires a PE license or eligibility, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and 8 years of experience with at least 2 in leadership, plus a track record of complex project

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8 years of practical experience including 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams and complex project portfolios.
• Proven experience delivering FDOT or similar public agency projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, monitors and manages the section's operating budget and forecast updates.
• Manages discipline-specific engineering section and staff development; coordinates with other sections.
• Supports strategic plans and SSA/SDA/SCA processes on project pursuits and delivery.
• Oversees contracting activities, scope, work plans, and fee reviews for the Section.
• Leads project performance reviews and ensures quality, on-time delivery to clients.
• Involves in marketing responsibilities including client discovery and proposal generation.
• Maintains client contacts to ensure satisfaction; recruits and retains staff.
• Manages project scope, schedule, and quality; supervises 5–10+ staff.
