HNTB Corporation is seeking a senior leader to manage a roadway engineering section in West Florida. You will direct budget, schedule, and quality for major roadway projects, while mentoring staff and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver on client commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of practical experience including 2 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors and manages the section's operating budget and forecast updates.
• Leads a team of 5–10 employees and oversees staff development, mentoring and training.
• Coordinates section activities, sets priorities and allocates staff to projects.
• Supports project pursuits, contracting, and SDA processes to ensure quality work and client satisfaction.
• Participates in hiring, resumes screening, and merit reviews.
