Job summary

The candidate will manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and business development efforts, leveraging GDOT experience and existing client networks to win contracts and advance NV5's transportation practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Georgia PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 15+ years experience in transportation engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of management or 5 years PM experience.
• Established relationships with business development in transportation.
• GDOT project experience and knowledge of related agencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and monitor schedules, budgets and staffing for projects.
• Mentor and train employees within the group.
• Create and execute business plans for the group.
• Market NV5 to GDOT, local municipalities and clients to obtain contracts.
• Participate in professional associations and societies.
• Collaborate with Director of Infrastructure to meet department goals.
