Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) in Manassas, VA is seeking a Roadway Engineer to join our Transportation Platform. You will design and develop transportation projects including roads, highways, and traffic management systems that improve mobility and safety for Virginia communities.

The ideal candidate has a Civil or Transportation Engineering degree, 4–8 years of hands-on design experience, a Virginia PE license or EIT with PE within 1 year, and familiarity with VDOT standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in transportation design and/or project management
• PE license in Virginia or EIT with the ability to obtain PE within 1 year
• Familiarity with VDOT standards and project delivery processes
• Proficiency in MicroStation preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Team up for success: Collaborate with planners, engineers, contractors, and public agencies to deliver exceptional results.
