Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer/Project Manager in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK, to lead highway design and project delivery with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. You’ll guide junior engineers and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes for state and municipal projects.

You will oversee plans, cost estimates, and bid packages, while contributing to proposals and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
• 15 years of engineering experience in transportation/highway design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of highway and roadway improvements.
• Develop plans, specs, estimates, reports, and bid packages.
• Coordinate alignments, drainage, traffic control, and utilities.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across disciplines.
• Support proposals and business development efforts.
