Qualifications

• 15+ years of FDOT marketing, winning and project management experience.
• Florida PE license or eligible within six months.
• Strong knowledge of AASHTO and FDOT criteria.
• Experience with proposals, scopes, budgets, & client presentations.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and preparation of plans for highways, streets, interchanges, bridges.
• Direct and develop plans and reports per engineering standards.
• Market and pursue transportation projects from governmental clients in Florida.
• Develop budgets and schedules to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
• Coordinate activities across multiple disciplines and teams.
