ELEMENT Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Roadway Engineer to lead design for transportation projects in Orlando. You will guide junior staff, review plans and documentation, and ensure quality while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualified candidates hold a FL-registered PE with 5+ years post-registration; strong communication skills and knowledge of MicroStation/ORD are essential. The role offers growth, collaboration, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) registered in Florida.
• Excellent technical, written, and oral communication skills.
• At least five years of post-registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engineer and/or engineer of record for roadway design projects.
• Direct and assist the preparation of roadway plans, calculations, and documentation.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Support marketing pursuits and business development efforts.
• Coordinate with clients and colleagues to ensure quality.
