Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8-10+ years of transportation engineering experience needed.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) required.
• Ability to mentor junior staff is essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead on roadway engineering projects.
• Prepare and review roadway plans and calculations.
