This hybrid role offers 2 days remote per week and opportunities to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects. Preferred candidates hold a PE license and 10+ years of roadway design experience, with familiarity in TDOT

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field (6 years of related experience or equivalent).
• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the projects.
• Valid US Driver’s License required; MVR review will be performed.

• Provide technical oversight and support on roadway projects.
• Plan and manage tasks and team members.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and clients.
• Interact with clients and sub consultants on assignments.
• Design roadway geometrics and intersections.
• Develop right‑of‑way and construction plans.
• Prepare maintenance of traffic plans and drainage design.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Contribute to proposals and cost estimations.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices.
