Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Structures Lead to spearhead the structural design for our Transportation group in Reno, NV. You will lead a team of engineers on DB/PDB pursuits and collaborate with multiple disciplines to deliver innovative, value-driven design solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in transportation structures and 5+ years leading design teams, with a PE license (preferred states listed). Excellent client communication and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in transportation structures design.
• 5+ years of leading structural design teams for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural discipline engineering teams for Transportation on DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project management and delivery team.
• Lead structural design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.
