Job summary

Kokosing, a leading general contractor, seeks a Project Manager for roadway/bridge projects in the Baltimore/Washington DC metro area. You will plan, direct, and coordinate heavy civil construction efforts, oversee engineers and superintendents, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree required.
• 10+ years related experience preferred.
• Experience managing roadway/bridge construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates roadway/bridge construction projects.
• Manages Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen and oversees staff performance.
• Ensures projects meet time, budget, and scope targets.
• Generates reports and coordinates with agencies and subcontractors.
• Maintains CPM-based schedules and project documentation.
