Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Manager (Roadway/Bridge) for the Baltimore/Washington DC metro area. You’ll plan, direct, and coordinate heavy highway/bridge construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will manage Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen, develop work plans, allocate resources, and communicate with clients and agencies. A civil engineering or CM degree with 10+ years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related degree.
• 10+ years of related experience (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates highway/bridge construction activities.
• Manages Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen to ensure progress.
• Plans work scope, staffing, and resource allocation for each project phase.
• Ensures project performance meets schedule and budget targets.
