Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Inspector 3 to inspect and document roadway and bridge projects on-site in Gainesville, GA. You will coordinate with contractors, monitor safety, and ensure adherence to contract specifications.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant construction experience.
Highschool/GED.
Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.
Basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
Able to read, write, and communicate fluently.
Work effectively as a team member and complete daily reports by hand and computer.
Valid Driver's License required.
Pre-employment drug screening and background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform field construction inspection and documentation on various commercial, municipal, institutional, and heavy highway and bridge projects.
Prepare detailed and timely reports documenting construction progress, inspection, and testing results.
Review job site safety daily and take immediate action to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and client requirements.
Submit accurate timesheets, mileage, and expense reports on time each week.
