Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead roadway and bridge construction projects in the US, including Gainesville and Atlanta areas. The role requires overseeing inspections, schedules, budgets, and quality control, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with a high school diploma/GED or minimum 6 years with a Bachelor's degree.
Ability to understand construction plans, specifications and procedures.
Demonstrate basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
Fluent written and spoken communication; strong teamwork.
Ability to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage roadway and bridge construction projects and direct inspection and material testing efforts.
Oversee project schedules and budgets to meet scope, time, and cost constraints.
Read plans and specifications and understand contractor means and methods.
Prepare cost estimates and assist in negotiations of change orders.
Supervise inspection staff and support project management with timely reporting.
Ensure safety and ISO compliance on projects and maintain proper documentation.
