Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years of related experience.
• Certifications from a State Highway Agency or NICET/ACI in earthwork, asphalt, concrete if required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and routine inspections to verify materials and methods meet plans and specs.
• Use higher grade equipment and perform complex calculations for inspections.
• Work under supervision and review drawings for inspection prep.
• Understand the construction design and document results to the supervisor.
• Communicate inspection results clearly and maintain contractor liaison.
