Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (MANDATORY).
• Over 5 years of experience managing road infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MS Project & Bluebeam/AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan all construction operations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality control.
• Purchase construction materials.
• Prepare subcontractor agreements and bid packages.
• Monitor project progress and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
• Prepare pay applications/invoices and review subcontractor invoices.
• Locate and research public bid opportunities.
• Prepare estimate summaries and bid documents.
• Attend bid openings and verify scope accuracy.
