Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Sr Highway Design Engineer/Project Manager to join our Georgia team in Duluth. You will lead roadway projects, coordinate with clients and agencies, and supervise junior engineers.

The role requires 10+ years of highway design, 2+ years of PM experience, GA PE and Level II certification, and familiarity with Bentley software. This is a full‑time on‑site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSCE or BCE required.
• 10+ years of highway design experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• GA PE and GSWCC Level II certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transportation design projects and client interactions.
• Provide daily quality control and mentor junior engineers.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgets.
• Assist with business development and proposals.
