Qualifications

• Two years of college in civil engineering tech plus six years of engineering experience, or eight years engineering experience.
• Five years' experience in highway construction work.
• Five years' experience reviewing plans and specifications for construction projects.
• Two years' experience procuring materials, equipment, and services for construction or building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Working knowledge of construction materials, vehicles, and equipment for road/bridge repair.
