Job summary

Montauk Renewables operates a digester gas processing facility and RNG facility, requiring skilled operators to maintain safe, continuous production. You will perform daily operations, maintenance, and inspections, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, and respond to alarms on a 24/7 basis in a challenging energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' equipment operations experience using mechanical, electrical, instrument or control system skills.
• High School or GED; technical training school.
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digester gas and RNG facilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain daily logs, perform preventive maintenance, and report requirements.
• Inspect equipment, perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Oversee subcontractors during equipment service and overhaul activities.
