Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments.
• Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care and ensure continuity of care.
• Observe and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status daily.
• Initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Complete necessary administrative duties, including charting.
