Hartford Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Administrative Nurse Supervisor to provide nursing leadership on a 24-hour Eve shift with every other weekend and rotating holidays. The role supervises multiple hospital departments, ensures high-quality patient care, and leads process improvement initiatives.

You will analyze data, support capacity planning with the Clinical Logistics Center, and foster a collaborative environment focused on safety and outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Active Connecticut RN license required.
• BLS provider credentialed from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS provider credentialed from the American Heart Association.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise Nursing department on assigned shift in line with standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership in the absence of unit manager, director, or administration.
• Ensure direct and indirect patient care follows Nursing Process and improves outcomes.
• Drive quality, safety, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze data and prepare actionable reports for leaders and staff.
• Collaborate with Clinical Logistics Center to optimize bed capacity and patient flow.
