Vierra Falls Church, a Vierra Communities property, is seeking Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team in a skilled nursing setting. The role includes FT, PT, and PRN shifts from 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am, with shift differentials on weekends.

Formación

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Directs daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Assists in admissions, discharges and transfers as required.
• Prepares and administers medications per orders and observes for adverse effects.
• Performs wound care and routine procedures per physician orders and documents accordingly.
• Promotes teamwork and effective communication within the interdisciplinary team.
